Fr. Bill's Farewell Reception

A reception will be held for Fr. Bill Berkey after all Masses during the weekend of August 7 and 8.  Please plan to come down to the Cathedral Hall and wish Fr. Bill good luck on his new assignment as Pastor of Holy Cross in Youngwood.  Fr. Bill's last weekend here will be August 14 and 15.

Altar Server Training

If you have received your First Holy Communion, you are invited to become an altar server.  For more information, please contact Fr. Bill at 724.834.3710 Ext. 25 or wberkey@dioceseofgreensburg.org.  Training classes will begin soon!

 

Trash and Treasure Flea Market

Start saving your treasures for the annual Trash and Treasure Flea Market on September 16 - 19.  You can drop off items on September 6 - 10 from 6:30 to 9:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Main Street.

 

Golden Wedding Anniversary Mass

Bishop Brandt invites all couples celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary during the calendar year 2010 to participate in a special Golden Jubilee Mass to be held at Our Lady of Grace Church on Sunday, September 26 at 3:00 PM.  The Jubilarians, their children, relatives or friends should contact the Parish Office to register couples for this celebration.  Even though they may not be able to attend the Mass, they will receive a scroll signed by the Bishop commemorating their anniversary.
