From Pittsburgh Airport and Downtown Pittsburgh

• Follow Interstate 376 East to Monroeville/PA Turnpike
• Follow PA Turnpike (Interstate 76 East) until Exit 67 - Irwin
• Merge onto U. S. Route 30 East toward Greensburg
• After approximately 7 miles, take the ramp toward Pittsburgh Street
• Turn left onto North Main Street (US-119 N/PA-66 Business/PA-819)
• Blessed Sacrament Cathedral is on the left at the top of the hill

From Uniontown and Fayette County

• Follow U. S. Route 119 North toward New Stanton for approximately 27 miles
• Take Exit 1A to continue on U. S. Route 119 North (6.5 miles)
• Continue onto South Main Street (0.3 miles)
• Blessed Sacrament Cathedral will be on the left side at the top of the hill

From Indiana and Indiana County

• Follow PA Route 56 East / U. S. Route 119 South
• Merge onto U. S. Route 119 South / U. S. Route 22 West (12.6 miles)
• Turn left to continue onto U. S. Route 119 South (8.7 miles)
• After approximately 9 miles, turn left onto Arch Avenue (0.2 miles)
• Continue onto East Otterman Street (0.2 miles)
• Turn right onto North Main Street (0.2 miles)
• Blessed Sacrament Cathedral will be on the left side of the road

From Kittanning and Armstrong County

• Follow PA Route 66 South for approximately 15 miles
• Continue onto South Leechburg Hill Road (1.1 miles)
• Turn left toward PA Route 356 South (5.3 miles)
• Continue onto PA Route 66 South - Sheridan Road (12.1 miles)
• Continue onto PA Route 66 Turnpike South (2.8 miles)
• Take Exit 9 toward Greensburg/Harrison City (0.3 miles)
• Turn left onto PA Route 66 South / PA Business Route 66 South (3.3 miles)
• Blessed Sacrament Cathedral will be on the right side of the road
