MISSIONARY SERVANTS OF THE MOST
BLESSED TRINITY
Next weekend (July 11 and 12) is our annual opportunity to give to
the missions in a very special way. Sister Susanne Thibault, MSBT
will speak on behalf of the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed
Trinity, an American community of Catholic sisters. Their
specific mission is the preservation of faith in those areas and
among those people who are spiritually neglected and abandoned,
especially the poor. Their work has expanded from a small
school in Alabama to include 100 missions in the United States,
Puerto Rico and Mexico. Just as the Apostles went out from the
“Cenacle”, after the Holy Spirit descended on them on Pentecost
Sunday, the sisters reach out and respond to the needs of the Church
in their various ministries. Please be generous as we
demonstrate our support for their great work. The MSBT
community has served in the Diocese of Greensburg for many years,
working with Catholic Social Services, diocesan religious education
and have served in many local parishes.
